Small Space Simulation Chamber
The space-saving space simulation chamber contributes to various research and development in outer space.
The NDT-4000 is a device testing system designed to test devices and samples under vacuum conditions and controllable uniform thermal and cooling cycle conditions. The NDT-4000 features computer control, safety interlocks, and multiple levels of access with password restrictions. This system can be used to test devices and samples over extended periods exceeding 36 hours with automated heating and cooling cycles while varying temperature conditions defined in a recipe. A common application of this system is space simulation. The approximate size of the chamber is 43 inches in length and 24 inches in diameter. The 16-inch by 32-inch sliding thermal platform can control temperatures ranging from -100°C to 150°C within ±1°C of the surface area. This platform is mounted on a roll and can be extended up to 75% of its length to accommodate devices and samples. The chamber is equipped with four 8-inch CF flanges, allowing customers to configure feedthroughs tailored to their needs for digital/analog communication, temperature measurement, power, RF, and other instrumentation requirements.
